The Seller Leaderboard allows users of the new POS app to view their sales performance during an event and compare it with other sellers. It provides visibility into performance while an event is in progress.
The user can access the Seller Leaderboard from the navigation menu in the new POS app.
Events Displayed
- The leaderboard displays sales for the current active event.
- If there is no event with open sales, the leaderboard will continue to display the most recently active event until it is closed in the Admin Portal, even after the event end date/time has passed and a winner has been drawn.
- If multiple events are active at the same time, the user is prompted to select which event leaderboard to view before the leaderboard page is shown.
Information Displayed
- Operator name (within a highlighted row)
- Total sales amount for the selected event
- Only successful sales are included; voided sales are excluded.
- Operators with no attributed sales for the event do not appear in the leaderboard.
Total Sales Summary
- When the logged-in operator has made at least one attributed sale, the user’s Total Sales for the event are displayed above the leaderboard.
- When the logged-in user has not made a sale, the Total Sales summary is hidden.
Additional Notes
- The user must assign themselves as the active operator on the device for sales to be attributed correctly.
- The terms Seller and Operator refer to the same role.
