Stations List Enhancements

Overview

The Stations List has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility when viewing station information and to give users better visibility into station performance.

The following improvements have been introduced:

• Reorder station information by selecting a column header
• Show or hide columns based on your preferences
• Save column preferences between sessions
• View Daily Sales directly from the Stations List

Sorting the Stations List

Users can now sort station information directly from the column headers.

Columns that support sorting display a sort icon beside the column name.

To sort a column:

1. Select the column heading.
2. The list will be reordered based on that column's values.
3. Select the same column again to reverse the sort order.

Customizing Visible Columns

The Stations List includes a Show/Hide Columns option that allows users to choose which information is displayed.

To customize your view:

1. Select Show/Hide Columns.
2. Review the list of available columns.
3. Check a box to display a column.
4. Uncheck a box to hide a column.

Changes are applied immediately.

Available Columns

Depending on your needs, you can choose to display or hide the following information:

• Name
• Enabled
• Final Sync
• Device ID
• User ID
• Total Sales
• Daily Sales
• CC Sales
• Starting Float
• Total Drops
• Balance
• Last Sale

This allows each user to focus on the information most relevant to them.

Saved Column Preferences

Your column selections are automatically saved to your user profile.

This means:

• Your preferred column layout will be remembered when you sign out and back in.
• The same column configuration will be displayed each time you return to the Stations List.
• Preferences are saved per user account.
• Changes made by one user will not affect the view seen by other users.

Example

If you choose to hide the Daily Sales column, that preference will be retained the next time you access the Stations List.

Daily Sales

A new Daily Sales column has been added to the Stations List.

This column displays the total sales generated by a station during the current day.

The value updates as sales occur throughout the day, providing quick visibility into station performance without requiring additional reporting.

Daily Reset

Daily Sales automatically resets every day at 12 am.

At the start of a new day, the value returns to $0 and begins accumulating new sales for that day.
