Our handheld application currently cannot issue a refund from the point of sale unit directly. To perform a refund it must be completed the following day on your Netbanx (Paysafe account). Have your seller either collect the ticket from the customer that needs to be voided or if the ticket for any reason didn't print or isn't legible collect as much information as possible about the sale such as time of sale, last 4 digits on the card, amount and card type are all helpful in this situation.
If you need assistance or don't know how to issue a refund from the Netbanx backend please contact Paysafe support at customersupport@paysafe.com and they will be able to assist you in issuing a refund.
NOTE: Currently interac transactions cannot be refunded at the point of sale or online. If the customer bought using interac we suggest issuing a cash or cheque refund to the user.
