It is recommended that you start your membership run approximately 15 minutes after your Shopify (online sales) start time.
This allows our system and Shopify to properly load products into the Shopify store which then allows the membership system to pick up the products for charges.
Do NOT set the membership scheduled charge time to be exactly the same time as the Shopify (online sales) start time as this will cause issues with certain customers not having their membership processed due to no products being found yet on the store (meta fields will show no_product).
