Run Contactless Test on Pax

If you are having issues with transactions when inserting the card into the bottom of the device, running a test on the device will be useful to diagnose any issues. To perform a slot test on the device please do the following:

1. On the device go to the calculator application on the device
2. Type in an exclamation point then 4444 then the equals sign ( !4444=)
3. This will launch the testing suite
4. Tap on picc
5. Select detect at the bottom
6. Tap on START
