Enabling a Handheld on an Active Event

To enable a handheld during an event please follow below:

1. If you may have missed the step to activate your handheld when starting your event, it can be enabled manually.
2. Once you log in to your server, you will come across the main dashboard.
3. There will be a tab titled “stations”.
4. Once you click stations you will see all your handheld devices.
5. There will be a column titled “enabled”, under this column there are toggles beside your handhelds and here you can toggle which handhelds you will like enabled for the event or event disabled.

Once you have done so, do not forget to get latest events on the device you enabled.
