To resend a confirmation e-mail from your currently active event please follow these steps:
- Login to your admin
- On the admin dashboard in the top right click Resend Email
- Using the customers first name, last name, e-mail or order ID you can search
- Once found click on resend beside the customer
- You can either use the existing e-mail or change the address it is sent to
- Click Send
NOTE: Searching by e-mail if originally returns no results there is a possibility the customer had a typo in the original e-mail provided.
