If you need to refund a transaction that was done in venue this must be done on your Paysafe account admin and not on the handheld.
Notes:
- If you are a Canadian customer Interac transactions at this time cannot be refunded using this method
- You will need to know either the transaction ID (use Sales and Transaction Report from raffle admin) or the last 4 of the card to refund
- We suggest if you are refunding a transaction with a valid ticket in the draw to always void the tickets first
- Ascend does not have the ability to perform refunds on your behalf
Instructions:
- Login to your Netbanx (Paysafe) account. The URL is HERE
- Click on Reports
- Toggle from Summary to Lookup
- Insert a piece of identifying information if you have it (transaction ID, last 4, approx time)
- Click on Perform Lookup
- Once found click on the transaction
- Scroll down to the bottom
- Click on the green plus sign to refund
- A box will pop up and submit the refund
If you do not see the green plus sign beside the transaction to refund you may need to wait for the transaction to settle overnight for a same day transaction.
